I want more Money – I don’t know what to do?

Are you at the stage where you are thinking why is everyone else reaching their financial goals and I am not? It can be so frustrating sitting there watching everyone else achieve and you do not.

When you are sitting there watching other people succeed quite often your self-worth drops, you start doubting yourself and may even give up on what you want to achieve.

Please do not ever stop for what you want, take time out and look at what is stopping you from having what you want.

I am sorry to say this, but the reason may be you. Yep, we are all culprits of not allowing ourselves for not succeeding, so please do not beat yourself up because you are not alone.

Have you ever noticed when you focus on something you want, I mean really, really focus and that is all you think about (no negative thoughts come into it), you do achieve? That is because the universe rewards what we think. The more you think about what you want the more you get. So if you are thinking (mindset) about wealth, growth, abundance that is what you receive, however, if you have any fear, have a critical mind or self-doubt, negative emotions, you will not receive, because your thoughts are not vibrating with your feelings.

It is learning what is causing the critical mind, fear, self-doubt, negative emotions that is very important.

It is so, so important to take time out, work on yourself, as there is something deep, deep down which is stopping you, which is sabotaging/blocking you. Basically, you are stopping yourself and probably, You are not aware that you are doing this.

There is a way to get to where you want to get to, there is a way to see what your sabotage is, there is a way for you to put a stop to it.

How? By doing exercises and being honest with yourself because you have to dig very deep to get to the outcome. When you go deep you start to see a repeat pattern, that is when you ask yourself Is this pattern/situation connected to me not achieving what I want? If it is not, then go deeper.

I have developed an exercise for you to go through. It consists of many questions for you to answer, questions which may give you ‘a light bulb’ moment. You can do this in your own time, you do not have to share, this is just for you, my gift to you.

I offer this to you free. I am very keen to build a community of women where they are achieving what they want.

Pop me an email and I will email you the questionnaire. My email address is denise@tranzform.com.au

Creating and Maintaining Balance

The number one thing when creating and maintaining balance is to take time out and take a very hard look at what is going on in your life and what is causing your life to have no balance.

Too many people do not want to face the fact that they could be the cause of their life being out of balance, because it is too scary, embarrassing to acknowledge that they are the ones causing this.

Do not punish yourself if this is the case, because you could be doing this without really realising it, or, you may not realise there is a solution.

The very first step is to make sure you have a diary, journal and note pad to work out what is going on.

What to do with the diary:

Write in your diary exactly what you do during the day, including times. This may seem excessive but you do really need to see what is going on. Let me give you an example, you wake at 6:00am. You mark in your diary 6 – 6:30 shower. 6:30 -7:00 pack lunches, 7:00  get breakfast ready.

If you do this for one week you will start to pick up where you are wasting time, where someone is taking up all your time, where you could be more organised, where you could ask for some help.

When doing this, please be aware that there are no excuses being brought into this. This picture is fact, what is happening in the moment. if you are not truthful you will not be able to have a very clear picture of what you need to do to maintain balance.

What to do with your Note pad:

Ask yourself, ‘what does balance mean to me?’ (and list these in your Note pad)

Is it?

Exercise

Read a book

Date with partner

Free time without children

Not taking work home

Meditating

A night out with girlfriends

Having a facial

Having a massage

Require more sleep,

Talking to someone (professional) about your out of balance life

Talk to your partner about not having balance in your life

Require less stress

Ask a friend or family member what they think you need to do

Cut back on your working hours

Change jobs

Own up to the fact you love your job and want to work long hours

Once you have your picture of times and what is done/achieved in those times and what balance means to you, can you slot in anything from the list of ‘what balance means to you” in any times you can see where you can fit something in?

If you have been able to fit something in, what do you need to do to make this happen? (Note pad)

Is it:

Require a babysitter

Book an appointment for a massage

Go to the gym

Hire a cleaner

Be confident in saying ‘No, I am not taking work home’

Put action items in your diary and commit

If you choose not to do something about your balance, you will become regretful of others, start blaming others, become bitter, start to cause relationship problems. When it gets to this stage, it may be time to book in to see a professional who will support on your journey of improving your life balance

What to do with the Journal?

As you are going along doing these exercises, jot down your thoughts, both positive and negative because you need to be aware of your excuses/blockages. This is where you have a major breakthrough and start picking up what is really stopping this work/life balance for you.

When you have a break through, or as I say, when you have a ‘light bulb’ moment, congratulate yourself, give yourself a gift as this is huge.

Another part of journaling is for you to become aware of your ‘emotions’. Emotions are a huge factor in our lives. It is very, very important to be aware of your ‘negative emotions’. These negative emotions can do so much damage and can stop you from having your balance.

If your work/life balance disappears go back to these exercises. This is where you will pick up an old habit which really needs to be removed. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is great for this. Always see a trained EFT practitioner.

Affirmations

Beautiful Day, Joy, Frog, Coffee, Cup            Affirmations

Affirmation   dictionary.com

The definition of Affirmation from dictionary.com

1) the act or an instance of affirming; state of being affirmed.

2.the assertion that something exists or is true.

3.something that is affirmed; a statement or proposition that isdeclared to be true.

4.confirmation or ratification of the truth or validity of a prior judgment, decision, etc.

Affirmations are very popular and more and more people are using them. Affirmations have a place with us and they work, however, I am a firm believer they do not work if you have not cleared in your mind what is stopping you from achieving, changing or even believing in yourself.

If you stand in front the mirror and say,   ” I am wealthy and happy now”, and you have a feeling of not believing it, or you feel a weight on your shoulders or there is a feeling in your body which does not feel right or your subconscious does not believe it, or a thought pops up, “you are in so much debt how can you be wealthy”, then they will not work.

To make them work, clear what is going on. If you want to be wealthy and you are in heaps of debt, look at cleaning out what is going on with your finances, look at what you are doing to contribute to your debt, look at your weaknesses, particularly look at your blockages towards money, where did they come from, did you grow up with the understanding rich people are selfish/mean/greedy or you say to yourself money does not grow on trees. You may be a person who likes to give, and in doing so it costs money, you feel great about giving, however, it is not helping your finances.

Once you have cleared your blockages about finances, then roll out your affirmations and say them, say them as many times as you can each day, say them as you mean them and believe in them and see the amazing results. Stay tuned to yourself though, as you need to be self – aware of your thoughts and behaviours during the day and night. For example, you have cleared your blockages about your finances, you have implemented your affirmations and then you start having negative thoughts about your finances > when this happens, stop, think about what triggered that thought and do you need to do something to clear that particular thought? If there is no attachment to that thought, then say your affirmation, your affirmation then acts as a pattern interrupter to your subconscious, tricking the subconscious out of a negative thought to a positive.

Can you see how this is hard work in the beginning, but well worth it. If you find it hard work to do on your own, then book in to see someone so that you can work together >well worth the investment, the investment is for you and for your future.

I have a saying I often suggest to my clients to try, “plant the seed”. Plant the seed in your mind  of an idea, plant the seed of what you want, plant the seed of what you want to achieve. By “planting the seed” you allow it to sit in your subconscious and allow it cultivate, “plant the affirmation”

This is the process,

  • Prepare your healthy soil (mind)
  • Dig out all the weeds (negative thoughts and emotions)
  • Fertilise your soil (seek help with a professional if you need to)
  • Plant your plants (plant your positive affirmation/s in your mind)
  • Water your plants so that they grow (repeat your affirmations often as possible for growth and results and witness how awesome you are)

If you are struggling with what to say as an affirmation, here are a few to help you get started.

‘I now allow success to be mine’

‘I am wealthy’

‘Abundance flows to me easily and effortlessly’

‘This is me, beautiful, brave and bubbly’

‘This is me, I attract money and abundance now’

‘I sparkle, I am energetic, I am me’

‘I am totally open to receiving abundance, with love and thanks’

‘I am deserving and I am ready to receive’

Emotional Self-Expression

Our Expression comes through our emotions. How many times do you hold back on your emotions, when wanting to express yourself? Or, how many times do you allow your emotions to take over and you regret it afterward? How many times are you in control of a conversation when you are busting to let loose on those emotions?

Expressing your emotions is so, so important. If we suppress them, they sit there and fester, they may even cause stress, anxiety, ill health, weight loss, weight gain, have relationship issues and the list goes on

There is a fine line in ‘expressing’ your emotions to using your emotions to hurt someone, manipulate someone, make someone feel guilty. We are meant to have emotions, good ones, and negative ones, and, we are meant to express them.

Sharing your feelings honestly and directly is healthy, it releases the negative emotional energy which is caught up in your body and you have a right

What stops you from ‘emotional self – expression’?

  • Fear you may hurt someone
  • Fear people won’t like you
  • Fear you don’t want people to see another side of you
  • Fear because you actually do not know how to express your emotions
  • Fear you do not want to “rock the boat”
  • Fear people will turn their back on you
  • Fear people will call you ‘stupid’, ‘selfish’
  • Fear of having people misunderstand you, and then your stomach becomes all churned up
  • Fear that sometimes you can’t ‘get the words right’ or ‘finding the words’ to express what you mean or feel
  • You prefer to withdraw within and suffer rather than speak your mind

All of the above is very common and you are not alone

Isn’t it better for your own health and sanity to release/express your emotions?  You can do this by talking to me, an experienced practitioner by booking in via Skype or Phone.

Manifesting

Manifestingmoney tree

Manifesting is the buzz word, it is the ‘in’ thing to manifest. Well if it is so huge, how come not everyone manifests as well as others?

Answer: YOUR mind/thoughts. Al l those negative thoughts which flow through YOUR mind each day, triggers a negative emotion. This is where YOU do not manifest as well as others.

The emotion has taken over and is not allowing YOU to move forward, basically, the emotion is blocking YOU from moving forward.

Now, YOU may be saying,” but I visualise”, “I do affirmations”, “I do journal writing” etc, etc, these are all great tools to use. The point here is, they will not work unless YOU unblock what is stopping YOU from moving forward.

HaveYOU ever noticed when YOU do an affirmation that it does not feel right? YOUR body e.g. stomach is uncomfortable, or YOUR  shoulders are heavy, these are signs that something requires working on.

YOUR thoughst, YOUR emotions.

How do YOU work on YOURSELF to unblock? The technique which I use and have seen such great outcomes is EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.

It just works!!!!

If you are ready to manifest, then I am ready to work with you.
